Our Rinato polymer acoustic boards are manufactured from old recycled plastic bottles and household waste, providing a long lasting, low maintenance product perfect for use as fences and privacy gates. This new range of boards is available in 4 colours and is a more economical solution than our Wrapped Range, it has a realistic heat embossed woodgrain finish and is ideal for long runs of fencing that aren’t in a prominent location or where aesthetics are less important

To help you fix the boards, we have created a unique channel system to allows you to screw our H and U channels to most types of posts and walls. The black gloss aluminium sections allow for the slight natural expansion of the polymer and provide a discreet framing solution for the boards.
Rinato fence and gate panels require no special fixing kits. The panels can be shaped to a specific design, slotted together and framed to suit either gates or fences.
Linear expansion
Due to temperature fluctuation polymer boards will experience minimal expansion and contraction accordingly. Simply, when temperature rises 1ºC, boards expand 0,069mm per m.
When designing gates and fencing using polymer boards, it is important to allow for slight expansion of the boards at each end.

When fixing the fence board oversized holes should be pre-drilled for fixings. This will allow for expansion and contraction.
